The manager, Sami, provided an exceptionally warm welcome, which set a positive tone for our visit. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly remarkable, and we were very impressed when he offered us a complimentary upgrade due to a slight delay with our room. This gesture demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction.
The resort itself is quite stunning. The tranquility of the location paired with the excellent facilities, especially the swimming pool, made for a very relaxing environment. The staff at the pool were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to our enjoyment.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The FULL kitchen helped us made the late night snacks for the kids. Location was close to everything, Mosques, convenient stores, Restaurants etc.The apartment was very clean, and the staff was extremely professional and helpful.
